The Problem: I worked for QuantumDigital, a web platform for managing real estate agents’ professional relationships. Not only is the website hard to navigate, but it's also not clear of what the business produces.

My Role:  I acted as the User Experience Designer on this team. I worked closely with another designer to build out the web pages and prioritize the project timeline. My position was to highlight our physical products and services.

Brainstorming: Our team spent time brainstorming how the website would function and how we wanted to be perceived. We knew we would have to present a few mockups to our stakeholders. To convey our messaging and move forward with the re-design, we completed a home page, tone of voice, and wireframes.

The Solution: After brainstorming, we established several goals for the term, with the main goal is to launch at the end of 2020. Our other goals included:

• landing page, sign-in/login, product pages, partner pages, etc

• create and prep product images

• provide detailed wireframes or hi-fis of other features at the time of handoff to allow the partner to continue developing

What I learned: I learned on how to help the team navigate as one. Individuals having a difference in opinions can be a challenge. We make sure to prioritize our tasks and timeline. It's nice to see we all have the same end goal.
