The Problem: The current product our client started with had multiple gaps in its design and functionality. There were limited capabilities and actions beyond just viewing data on the current product. Users weren't inclined to use the product to its full potential and capitalize on opportunities. There was a lengthy process to sort through data and a struggle to do daily tasks with the current built.

My Role:  I acted as the lead UX/UI Designer on this team. I worked closely with Product Management, Development, Consultant Lead, Scrum Master, and Stakeholders. I produced three applications for our client. 

Brainstorming: We spent time researching the current product, reviewing interviews, and looking over client documentation. From there I created Personas, Gap-Fit Analysis, Existing Methodologies, Current State Analysis, and Customer Journey Map. This was presented to our stakeholders to review. I then could start our Wireframes, Lo-fi Mock-ups, and start building up to Hi-fi Mock-ups/Prototypes.

The Solution: After doing research and providing our assets I produced:

• Wireframes, Lo-fis, Hi-fi Prototypes.

• After the Hi-fis were complete I provided RC documents for development.

Our stakeholders were immensely impressed and extended our contract based on the products produced.  

What I learned: I learned how to quickly navigate in this team. We should always know our users, stakeholders, and development needs. It's important to speak with development ahead of time so we can know what data is readily available and what bandwidth they have to support our project. It's important to remind the business also so we can have the right amount of people on the project. This project is a huge success and is in development!
